Rewards are paid every cycle. A cycle on Tezos lasts about three days. The yearly return is usually around 5 to 6 percent. The baker takes a small fee, often between 5 and 15 percent of the rewards, and the rest goes to you.

One of the best things about Tezos is that there is no lock-up and no slashing risk for delegators. If your baker does a bad job, you simply earn fewer rewards. You can switch to a different baker whenever you want, and it costs almost nothing.

Look for one with a long history, high reliability, and a fair fee. Fourth, confirm the delegation. Your first rewards usually arrive after about three to five weeks, because the network needs time to register your delegation. After that, rewards come every three days.
