1. Our Content Is Free
CAAW News content — articles, airdrop guides and newsletters — is free to read. This policy covers paid products or services we may offer in the future, such as premium subscriptions, sponsored placements or event access.
2. Refund Eligibility
Digital products and services are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated, because they cannot be returned. Exceptions are made when:
- The purchased service was not delivered as described
- A billing error resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge
- We cancel a paid service before its start date
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via our contact page within 14 days of purchase with your order details and the reason for the request. We review every request individually and respond within 5 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time depending on your provider.
5. Advertising Purchases
Advertising placements are sold per campaign. Once a campaign has started running, fees for delivered impressions are non-refundable. Undelivered portions of a cancelled campaign are refunded pro-rata.
