What Is Linea?

Linea is an Ethereum Layer 2 network built by Consensys, the company behind MetaMask. It uses zero-knowledge rollup technology, often called zkEVM, to process transactions quickly and cheaply while still inheriting Ethereum’s security. In simple terms, Linea lets you do everything you do on Ethereum, like swapping, lending, and collecting NFTs, but with much lower fees and faster confirmations. Because it comes from Consensys, one of the most trusted names in crypto, Linea has attracted a large community of users and developers.

The exact token name and symbol have not been officially confirmed yet, so they are listed as TBD. Estimates place the potential reward between $100 and $800, depending on how many LXP points you earn and the eventual token price.
